D- Dr.

A - School Activity  (usually a field trip)

U - Unaccounted (no reason provided for the absence)

Q - Unexcused Tardy

L - Excused Tardy

N - Nurse's Office

O - Testing

V - Vacation (absence approved via Family/Vacation Activity Form
