Spring is coming, I swear! How do I know, you ask, when the weather would tell us otherwise?

Consider this evidence:

Need help discussing "the birds and the bees" with your child? Before you head off for spring break, please join us in the media center on Tuesday, March 28, from 6:30-8 p.m. for a guest speaker from The Family Partnership. This free workshop entitled "It's That Easy!" has received positive reviews from other schools. Please see description below, and mark your calendars!

It will soon feel like spring when you pick up your plants from our plant sale, and order your Tangletown CSA share. Check out the information about both of these opportunities below.

Remind your child to bring in supplies for the hygiene drive this week. If you yourself are in need of these type of supplies please come to Hale school for the distribution day on Saturday March 18 from 11-1.

Lastly, help support Hale and Field by grabbing dinner on March 22 at Sum Dem Korean BBQ. We also want to thank our outgoing Scholastic Book Fair Chairs, Jan Omacht and Jenni Hollar who helped raise $1996.13 in profit from the bookfair.

Whether your spring break takes you to a warm destination or is simply a chance to sleep in and take it easy, we hope your children enjoy the time off and come back ready to finish the year strong!
