Field PTA Membership
Established in 1897 the National PTA is the oldest child advocacy organization in the United States. It strength comes from its members that share their time and talent to support children. The Field PTA is a unit that is directly connected to the MN State PTA and the National PTA.

“To make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.”
The Field PTA gives parents and care givers a strong voice to speak on behalf of their students. Parents, extended family and community member are encouraged to become Field PTA Members.
Forms can be found in Field Office or click the link to print the form at home. Return completed form with your $10 membership fee to the Field PTA mailbox in the main office. Make checks payable to “Field PTA”.
